In the Beginning!

I created Water Fitness To Go in honor of my clients who have become my dear friends.  They have fallen in love with this great workout, almost as much as me.  If you are like them, when you are out of town or are unable to make it to a class, you try to workout on your own.  Usually the hardest part is to remember the moves, at least more than a half dozen.  And it can be boring working by yourself, so your motivation is lower.  Now technology has finally caught up with my vision to enable you to take me with you in the water.  Aquatic videos and DVDs are nice to study to learn new moves, but they don't help when you really need it.  Most of us don't have TVs and DVD players next to a pool to watch and follow along.  With Water Fitness To Go you are getting MP3s on your very own waterproof MP3 player in 10 minute segments so you can customize your workout.

I love working out in the water. It is easy on the joints and the water resistance gives you a great workout. It would be great having an instructor with you wherever you were.

I enjoy being in the pool - swim a few laps or play with the neices and nephews- but I also really enjoy the water exercises that Patti teaches. I like the challenge of working with the weights and other devices that are used. Patti demonstrates the moves and is always patient and concerned for our safety. Most of all, she makes it fun and enjoyable. (Okay - so she's my sister-in-law! But whenever I visit, I always ask if we can go work out in the pool and I appreciate her attention.)

I started taking Water Fitness classes when I was pregnant with my 21-yr old twins. I loved the workout so much that shortly after that I trained to be an instructor. I am constantly learning and watching new 'land' moves to adapt to the water and add to my routines.  You won't be bored.
